About Undergraduate courses in India



Under-graduate courses are often pursued in India after passing 10+2 examination. It is the first degree which student’s studies like Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of laws, also diplomas and certificates come under under-graduate courses. Basically under-graduate courses in India are of 3 years but there are courses for professionals subjects like medicine, engineering, dentist and pharmacy which are of long duration like 4 of 5 years.


 Under-graduate courses are offered in wide range of subjects. In India under-graduates is increasing and Indian universities also offering courses in every fields of Arts, Science and commerce. This helps a student to decide his future on his interests and preference. Most under-graduate courses are taught with classes and tutorials and some are combined traditionally elements. Under-graduate courses allow developing skills and knowledge in specific related work areas. Through under-graduate study, qualifications gained are highly regarded by employers. There are three types of undergraduate courses:

>Those who lead to a degree.
>Those are termed intermediate qualifications and
> Those of direct vocational relevance.
